The work on ‘Fora - Wooden Doors‘ was started entirely from scratch, with the first step being the task to choose a name in which the main material of the doors - wood - would be reflected.
In the artificial word ‘Fora‘ we can find ‘Forest‘ as the main component. The logo consists of the custom made lettering, being very massive and reliable as a basis, but in the same moment playful with some decorative floral elements. The visual language is based on close up pictures of different wooden structures. The choice of materials for the stationery also reflects wood as a basis of the Fora products. The business card for example was printed on uncoated paper with a natural tint, of which several layers were being stacked together like a sandwich to get a solid, woody feeling.
